If your paid plan (Pro or Pro+) shows as “Free” after changing devices or reinstalling the app, restore your purchases.
Steps
- Make sure your iPhone is signed in with the same Apple account you used to buy the plan.
- In the app, tap Settings → “Restore Purchases” (you can also use “Restore Purchases” on the plans screen).
- Check that “Current plan” in Settings now shows the plan you bought.
What comes back
- Only your plan comes back. Your records, photos and settings do not. To bring back your records, use “Restore from backup” as described in Backup and restore.
- Your allowance is the amount for the restored plan. If you restore after deleting your account, your previous remaining allowance does not come back; it is granted from the next recovery.
If it does not work
- If you were signed in: sign in to the same BanteNote account as before, then tap “Restore Purchases” again. When a purchase is linked to an account, restoring without signing in does not move it to a new guest.
- If your Apple account is different: sign in again with the Apple account you used to buy the plan.
- If it still does not come back: contact us through the contact form, including the “BanteNote ID” shown in Settings → About BanteNote.
