BanteNote’s paid plans (Pro and Pro+) are auto-renewing subscriptions on the App Store. You change or cancel them in your iPhone’s subscription settings.
Open the subscription settings
- On your iPhone, go to Settings → your name → Subscriptions → BanteNote
- Or tap “Manage subscription” on the plans screen in the app
Cancel
- In the subscription settings above, tap “Cancel Subscription”.
- If you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period, you are not charged at the next renewal.
- After cancelling, you can use the paid features and allowance until the end of the current period.
- Deleting the app or your account does not cancel your subscription. Always cancel with the steps above.
Change your plan

When a paid plan ends
- Paid features, such as detailed club analysis and cloud backup, are no longer available.
- Records on your device are not deleted. If your Bag Map period was set to 365 days, it goes back to 90 days.
- Your allowance goes back to the free 5 (How allowance works).
- Your cloud backup is kept for 30 days after the plan ends (Backup and restore).
Refunds
Request a refund through Apple’s process (Apple’s “Report a Problem” page). The Operator does not give prorated refunds for cancelling during a period.
